Your Privacy Choices

Cardivexa respects your privacy and provides choices regarding how your personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and processed.

This page explains the privacy choices that may be available to you. The specific rights that apply depend on your location, the laws applicable to Cardivexa, and the nature of our relationship with you.

For additional information about the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, and the parties to whom it may be disclosed, please review our Privacy Policy.

When you visit Cardivexa, create an account, place an order, contact customer support, or interact with our advertisements, we may collect information such as:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number

  • Order and transaction information
  • Customer-support communications
  • Account information
  • IP address

  • Advertising and marketing interactions
  • Approximate location inferred from an IP address
  • Fraud-prevention and security information
  • Privacy preferences

We may collect this information directly from you, automatically through the website, or from service providers and business partners as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have the right to request that Cardivexa:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information
  • Provide access to certain personal information
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete certain personal information
  • Provide a portable copy of certain information
  • Opt you out of the sale of personal information
  • Opt you out of sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Opt you out of processing for targeted advertising
  • Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information
  • Provide information about categories of data, sources, purposes, and recipients
  • Reconsider or appeal a denied privacy request
  • Stop sending promotional marketing communications

These rights are not absolute. Exceptions may apply when information must be retained or processed to complete transactions, prevent fraud, comply with law, protect legal rights, maintain security, or satisfy other lawful purposes.

3. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

Cardivexa may use cookies, pixels, tags, analytics tools, advertising technologies, or similar services to understand website activity, measure advertising performance, and display advertising that may be more relevant to users.

Some information may be disclosed to advertising, analytics, social media, or technology partners for these purposes.

Depending on the applicable state law, these activities may be considered:

  • A “sale” of personal information
  • “Sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Processing for “targeted advertising”

The legal definitions of these terms may include certain disclosures even when no money is exchanged.

Where applicable, you may opt out of these activities.

4. How to Submit an Opt-Out Request

To request that Cardivexa stop selling or sharing your personal information or using it for targeted advertising, contact us using either of the following methods:

Email: arshaborly@gmail.com
Phone: +1 (936) 260-5549

Use the subject line:

Privacy Choices Request

Please state which choice you are requesting, such as:

  • Opt out of sale or sharing
  • Opt out of targeted advertising
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information
  • Access my personal information
  • Correct my personal information
  • Delete my personal information
  • Request a portable copy
  • Appeal a previous privacy decision

Include enough information for us to understand and process the request, but do not send passwords, complete payment card numbers, security codes, government identification documents, or banking credentials unless we specifically request information through an appropriate secure method.

5. Global Privacy Control

Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) is a browser-based privacy preference signal that may communicate a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or its use for targeted advertising.

Where required by applicable law and when our systems detect a valid, legally recognized GPC or other universal opt-out signal, Cardivexa will treat that signal as an opt-out request for the browser and device sending it.

Because a GPC signal is generally associated with a particular browser or device:

  • You may need to enable it separately on each browser
  • You may need to enable it separately on each device
  • Clearing cookies or changing browsers may affect recognition
  • The signal may not automatically identify your Cardivexa account
  • You may need to submit an account-level request separately

If you are signed in and applicable technology and law permit us to associate the signal with your account, we may apply the preference more broadly.

6. Cookie and Advertising Preferences

You may also manage certain cookies and similar technologies through:

  • Any cookie preference tool made available on Cardivexa
  • Your browser settings
  • Your device settings
  • Recognized privacy browser extensions
  • Advertising-platform preference controls

Blocking cookies may affect website functions, including:

  • Shopping cart functionality
  • Login sessions
  • Checkout
  • Saved preferences
  • Fraud prevention
  • Website performance

Cookies that are strictly necessary for website operation, security, payment processing, or order completion may remain active where permitted by law.

Opting out of targeted advertising does not necessarily stop all advertising. You may continue to see advertisements, but they may be less personalized.

7. Access and Portability Requests

Where applicable, you may request access to personal information Cardivexa maintains about you.

You may also have the right to receive certain information in a portable and, where technically feasible, readily usable format.

The information provided may be limited to what applicable law requires and may exclude information that:

  • Identifies another person
  • Is protected by legal privilege
  • Would create a security or fraud risk
  • Cannot be disclosed under applicable law
  • Falls within a lawful exception

8. Correction Requests

You may request correction of inaccurate personal information maintained by Cardivexa.

When submitting a correction request, clearly identify:

  • The information you believe is incorrect
  • The correct information
  • Any reasonable supporting information

We may consider the nature of the information and the purpose for which it is processed when reviewing the request.

9. Deletion Requests

Where applicable, you may request deletion of personal information collected from or about you.

We may retain certain information when reasonably necessary to:

  • Complete a transaction
  • Process a return or refund
  • Provide customer support
  • Detect or prevent fraud
  • Protect website and account security
  • Maintain transaction and tax records
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
  • Enforce agreements and store policies
  • Complete another lawful internal purpose

If an exception applies, we may deny all or part of the deletion request and explain the reason when required.

Deleting your information may affect our ability to provide account functions, order history, customer support, or other services.

10. Sensitive Personal Information

Cardivexa does not need health diagnoses or detailed medical records to sell ordinary fitness products.

Please do not send medical records, detailed health information, government identification documents, full payment card details, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email unless specifically necessary and requested through an appropriate method.

Where applicable law provides a right to limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, you may submit a request using the contact methods on this page.

Information used only for legally permitted purposes—such as processing payments, fulfilling orders, maintaining security, or preventing fraud—may not be subject to a limitation request.

11. Marketing Communications

You may opt out of promotional emails by:

  • Selecting the unsubscribe link in a marketing email
  • Contacting us at arshaborly@gmail.com
  • Using another preference method provided in the message

Unsubscribing from promotional marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary transactional communications, including:

  • Order confirmations
  • Payment notifications
  • Shipping updates
  • Safety or recall notices
  • Account security messages
  • Return and refund communications
  • Responses to customer-support requests

Requests relating to text-message marketing should be submitted using the opt-out instructions provided in the applicable message, such as replying “STOP,” where available.

12. Identity Verification

For requests involving access, correction, deletion, or portability, we may need to verify your identity to protect personal information from unauthorized disclosure or deletion.

Verification may include confirming information reasonably associated with your account or transaction, such as:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Order number
  • Shipping address
  • Account details

We will request only the information reasonably necessary for verification.

We generally will not require identity verification for a simple sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising opt-out request unless verification is permitted and reasonably necessary under applicable law.

If we cannot reasonably verify a request, we may be unable to fulfill some or all of it. We will explain the result when required by law.

13. Authorized Agents

Where permitted by applicable law, you may authorize another person or organization to submit a privacy request on your behalf.

We may request:

  • Proof that the agent has written authorization
  • Verification of your identity
  • Direct confirmation that you authorized the request
  • Evidence of a legally valid power of attorney, when applicable

We will not request unnecessary information from an authorized agent.

14. Requests Concerning Children

Cardivexa is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without legally required authorization.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to Cardivexa, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of children where prohibited by applicable law.

15. Response Time

We will acknowledge and respond to verified privacy requests within the period required by applicable law.

The applicable deadline may depend on:

  • Your location
  • The type of request
  • Whether identity verification is required
  • The complexity and number of requests
  • Whether a lawful extension is available

If additional time is permitted and reasonably necessary, we will provide notice when required.

Privacy requests are generally processed without charge. We may charge a reasonable fee or decline repetitive, excessive, manifestly unfounded, or fraudulent requests when applicable law permits.

16. Appeals

Residents of certain states may have the right to appeal our decision concerning a privacy request.

To submit an appeal, email:

arshaborly@gmail.com

Use the subject line:

Privacy Request Appeal

Include:

  • Your name
  • The original request date
  • A description of the original request
  • The decision you wish to appeal
  • The reason you believe the decision should be reconsidered

We will review and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

17. Non-Discrimination

Cardivexa will not unlawfully discriminate against you because you exercised an applicable privacy right.

We will not unlawfully:

  • Deny products or services
  • Charge a different price
  • Provide a different level or quality of service
  • Retaliate against you

This does not prevent lawful loyalty, rewards, discount, or financial-incentive programs that comply with applicable disclosure and consent requirements.

18. Effect of an Opt-Out

After an applicable opt-out request is processed:

  • Certain advertising or analytics disclosures may stop
  • Advertising may become less personalized
  • You may continue to see contextual or non-personalized advertising
  • Strictly necessary data processing may continue
  • Information may still be used to complete orders and provide support
  • Information may still be processed for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance
  • Previously collected information may be retained where legally permitted
  • Your choice may apply only to the relevant browser, device, or account

An opt-out does not require Cardivexa to delete all personal information. You may need to submit a separate deletion request.

19. Changes to Your Preferences

You may change your privacy preferences at any time using the methods described on this page.

If you later provide valid consent for a use you previously opted out of, that consent may update the applicable preference to the extent permitted by law.

We will not use deceptive interfaces or unnecessary obstacles to prevent you from exercising a privacy choice.

20. Third-Party Services

Cardivexa may use third-party providers for:

  • Website hosting
  • Ecommerce functionality
  • Payment processing
  • Order fulfillment
  • Shipping
  • Analytics
  • Advertising
  • Fraud prevention
  • Customer support
  • Email communications

A privacy request submitted to Cardivexa applies to information controlled by Cardivexa as required by law. Independent third parties may maintain information under their own privacy policies and may require a separate request.

Where service providers process information on our behalf, we will communicate applicable requests to them when legally required and technically appropriate.

21. Privacy Request Records

We may retain records relating to privacy requests as reasonably necessary to:

  • Document compliance
  • Prevent fraud
  • Confirm that a request was completed
  • Maintain opt-out preferences
  • Respond to regulatory inquiries
  • Establish or defend legal claims

These records will not be used for unrelated marketing purposes.
