About this item

• 【All-in-One Arm Trainer】 Abahub Arm Trainer with AB Wheels features an upgraded hydraulic cylinder for smoothly adjustable resistance. Its dual-length arms are also customizable to suit different users. This 2-in-1 design allows you to perform focused arm and chest exercises, and—once the wheels are attached—transition into effective ab and core workouts. Train your chest, arms, abs, and core all at home with one versatile device, making it a thoughtful gift for anyone building their home gym.
• 【Fully Adjustable for Every User】Abahub Arm Trainer features an upgraded, fully sealed hydraulic cylinder. Rotate the handle to smoothly adjust resistance from 22 to 440 lbs, accommodating all fitness levels. Note that the cylinder may become warm with use—allow it to cool before handling. The arms also offer 12 length positions to fit different users, with longer settings reducing the relative resistance. For safety, always tighten both locking bolts before use.
• 【Dual-Function Design for Complete Training】Abahub 2-in-1 Arm & Ab Roller enables both upper-body and core workouts. Use it as a chest and arm twister, or attach the wheels to perform ab and kneeling rollouts. This versatility targets your chest, arms, abs, and hips, while building core strength, endurance, and stability. To switch modes, adjust the arms to the shortest setting, insert the two swivel wheels into the handle bases, and use the included tool to attach the front fixed wheel.
• 【Design & Safety Details】Abahub Arm Trainer is built for safety and versatility. It includes non-slip handles for a secure grip, an assist hook for resistance band workouts, and detachable quiet-rolling wheels that convert it into an ab roller. Its slight rebound allows controlled movement, while a stainless steel storage hook locks the arms together for easy storage—please handle carefully when detaching due to the natural rebound.
• 【Dimensions, Inclusions & Installation】Abahub 2-in-1 Arm & Ab Roller combines strength training and core work in a space-saving design. With its arms at the shortest setting, it measures 11.4” L x 6.2” W when closed and 9.3” L x 19” W when fully open. At the maximum arm extension, the closed dimensions are 16” L x 6.2” W, expanding to 14.4” L x 24.2” W when open. The package includes: one fixed wheel, two swivel wheels, an installation tool, a knee pad, and a user manual.
