About this item

  • ✅HEAVIER ROPE, REAL WORKOUT FEEL — The 5mm PVC rope is noticeably thicker than standard jump ropes, giving each rotation a weighted, substantial feel that signals your body is working. Shoulders engage earlier, heart rate climbs faster, and you leave the session knowing the 20 minutes actually counted — not because a fitness tracker told you, but because you felt it.
  • ✅SMOOTH-SPINNING POM BEARINGS — Self-lubricating POM bearings at each handle end keep the rope rotating cleanly through fast intervals and sustained sets. The spin stays consistent whether you're doing slow steady-state cardio or pushing through high-rep bursts — no binding, no catching, no mid-set frustration breaking your rhythm.
  • ✅ADJUSTS FOR EVERYONE IN THE HOUSE — The 9.5ft cable slides to fit users from 5'0" to 6'2" without cutting or replacing the rope. Readjust between users in under a minute. Whether it's your morning solo session or an evening workout with your partner, the rope is set up before you've run out of excuses not to start.
  • ✅4-SIDED TEXTURED GRIP THAT HOLDS WHEN YOU SWEAT — The tapered handles are ridged on all four sides, giving your palm a consistent contact surface even mid-workout. Designed for extended cardio sets where a slipping handle is the only thing standing between you and a full session.
  • ✅READY TO TRAIN, READY TO TRAVEL — Includes the jump rope, a breathable mesh carry bag, and a setup guide. The bag fits in a gym bag side pocket, a suitcase corner, or a desk drawer — keeping your next workout 30 seconds away. Backed by YUEDONG's 30-day return policy; contact us directly if anything isn't right.
